Summary
The menstrual cycle is a vital and vitalizing system in the female body, and yet our understanding of and respect for this process is both limited and distorted. Few women really know about the physiology of their cycle, and many do not see it as an integral part of their health and well-being, let alone as a potential guide to emotional and spiritual literacy.
Wild Power is a book about feminine power - the power of the menstrual cycle. This book reveals the inner architecture of a woman and the path to power that is encoded in her body. This unique force tutors us in the sacred tasks of each phase of our journey, from our first period to menopause, the perils and the pitfalls, as we grow into our authority and eldership as creators and leaders in the world. In this book the authors explore the three maps of the menstrual cycle that guide women through their inner landscape to meet themselves, get to know their own nature, and develop the psychological muscle to channel the creative and spiritual forces within them.
Written with humor, tenderness and practicality, and packed with women's stories and quotes throughout, Wild Power will restore women to wholeness and reinstate the full majesty and grace of the Feminine.

The Awakening of a Man
I am in awe...
I’m deeply touched, moved and emotional.
Why? Oh but why didn’t I know about all this knowledge when I was a young boy - at least - I feel blessed I know it now... 44 years old... never too late to learn.
This book is for all humans and genders to understand deeply the power of menstruation and the power it has, to heal our modern society - giving it the balance we so eagerly need and search for.
This book is a gift.
Written with great love, warmth, respect and passion.
Thank you SO much.
With all of me - I absolutely recommend this book. I will most definitely be an advocate and spread these beautiful words and knowledge to all - men and women alike.
Again, thank you.
Much love

Repetative
Like the idea, learnt of the book at my local yoga class, but I gave up on this book. Found the content repetative and dry. Referring to what you will go on to talk about later is sloppy writing and tedious for the reader/listener. I found myself wanting to skip through. I fell asleep. The info I picked up from this could have been condensed into a pamphlet. Shame really. There is no need for a book which I think largely speaks the truth to be so wooly and full of hippy cliche, perhaps a cultural thing that I found it so cloying. The tools to follow your cycle are definitely worth keeping in mind so I recommend the book for that purpose.

Eye-opening and EMPOWERING. Like a warm hug!
What an amazing book. It's taught me so much about my emotions, my thoughts and feelings, and how I need to be more gentle with myself and start tuning into my body and what it's telling me. Honestly an incredible read for nay person, of any ag, of any gender and sexuality. IT's so amazing to learn about such a natural human cycle, and that it shouldn't be hidden or painted as taboo, it's something we can all learn from. Great to hear the writers of the book also narrating, as they have fabulously velvety voices with great character.

Love!!
Such a cool book - highly recommended for each and every woman. This book is the actual holy grail. Loved every word. My inner oracle is renewed. I feel I have a friend in me. The sooner our girls, friends, sisters, mothers and grandmothers get this shizzle the better the world will be.

Informative and Transformative
I really enjoyed this book as, though I have tracked my cycle for a while, never knew how to make any sense or meaning out of what it showed me. Beautifully written and incredibly informative, I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to learn more about periods, contraception, women's health, managing relationships or all of the above.
It would be great if we lived in a world where this book was given to every pre-pubescent child, as it would mean we lived in a world where women understood themselves and men understood the cyclical nature of women.

Stunning
Life changer, I only wish I had read this many years ago. I knew there was something more, I just didn’t know what it was or how to find it. I absolutely plan to continue MCA for the rest of my life and spread the beauty.

Priceless insight beneficial to All, great guide.
Much more than I thought it would be. It can be life-changing - it's been so for me.
Great read for any open-minded human being (whatever the gender and stage in adulthood).
Super enhancing upon what we may already know on well-being, productivity, creativity, awareness, relationships, and more.
Truly empowering as the book is open-minded itself rather than telling you that they know better than you do - it's more of a "together we build", while still being an excellent practical guide.
Very easy and quick read, while tapping into wisdom of various levels of depth.
I was pleasantly surprised to see such a coherent conjunction of briefly shared pieces of wisdom that are aligned with universal truths already revealed by experts in numerous fields and other authors I know, and yet, the insight in this book was completely new to me, for which I'm so grateful to have come across it (and wish I had found earlier).
Thank you

Interesting!
Its interesting. Made me think about why we sometimes get huge urges to have a big clear out and other times we barely have enough energy to make ourselves a meal. I did find it abit repetitive at points. But definitely worth a listen!
