Yes - it contains a lot of information and I'm sure I will take additional things in if I listen again.
If you enjoyed this, try 'Move your DNA' by the same author. It's quite technical, but I felt that because the actual author is reading it, she manages to make some fairly complex issues interesting and easier to understand.
Katy does an excellent job of conveying sound scientific information in an easy-to-understand way. She is as entertaining as she is informative and all the changes / exercises she mentions are both well explained and easily incorporated into daily life. I will definitely be listening again for both information and entertainment.
Also worth mentioning that (contrary to a previous review) the pdf is now available & very thorough.

This is an amazing book full of practical solutions for improving not only your foot, but also your whole body health. The technical information is helpful. The author's reading is excellent. So where's the accompanying pdf the author mentions numerous times during the audio recording of her own book? I'm very disappointed with Audible.com and the author for neglecting the written material and diagrams. As of June 2, 2015, the accompanying pdf is not available.

Very easy to listen to; varied aspects of foot health. This is not just a rant about not wearing shoes...Katy is very open to all opinions out there and doesn't push anything but facts. She encourages you to think for yourself and to apply ideas to your own body.
Katy rocks. I'm sure I will never be able to listen to another narrator. This is my first audio book, and I fear she has set the bar quite high. I love listening to her. It's just easy.

The bloopers at the end were the best (I mean, not really the best, because the book was the best), but you know a Californian 'the best'. If you can laugh yourself silly listening to someone talk about anatomy I think she must be funny.

This book is great because it takes Katy's philosophy and simplifies it for folks to apply into their everyday lives to become "whole body" healthier
"Accessible, Humorous and Wise"
Katy delivers a concise, accessible lesson on responsible transition to minimal footwear, barefoot walking and natural movement.
You have to listen to the end to hear the blooper reel but the whole body book is full of humour throughout.
"Comprehensive but missing big toe info"
I thought this book was very comprehensive and left few questions unanswered. And if you've already questioned the use of orthotics and why in the world athletic shoes have a tapered toe box and a heel, this book will put many of the missing pieces on the table for you.
However, one of the main aspects of foot health and barefoot walking is the correct position of the big toe which gets completely ignored in this book. The big toe should really have its own chapter.
For example, if the big toe is angled and has moved towards the other toes even just a bit, none of the exercises will work or make sense. The big toe acts as one of the end points of your main foot arch. If that aspect is missing, the whole foot becomes unstable.
I still gave it four stars because the author is very analytical and explains other aspects of foot health and barefoot walking extremely well.
