If you've ever been disappointed, betrayed, rejected, abandoned, or just plain old scared to let go, then you've been or may still be in a valley. Iyanla knows; she's been there, and on a bad day, she's still there, but now she shares the way out with you.

Concious read xxx
Another inspiring work from Iyanla! I really enjoyed this book. Very important life lessons about learning from every life experience.
"In your face truth that cannot be denied!!"
Yes..Iyanla speaks truths that many black women are afraid to face.
Iyanla tells it like it is...no holds barred!!
By the end of the book I understood that the universe does not create valleys to harm you. Valleys assist you in becoming your "best self"
I love this audio book i even purchase the book as well very helpful for me
"Good book but way too short."
This is a great book. It gives great insight but leaves you wanting more. it doesn't get deeply into the story enough and it finishes too quickly, it feels rushed as if she didn't have time to finish it.
"Listen and read. A definite guide."
I enjoyed this audio book very much. Appropriate title with appropriate answers to many delimmas facing black women today.
"Love this book!!!"
Iyanla is my Favorite author. I have just about every book she's ever written. it was nice to share her wonderful wisdom through auditable. Next: IN THE MEANTIME.

"Great read !"
I absolutely loved the story ! from beginning to the end. It made me cry and reflect a lot about my life.
I am an Iyanla fan and this book did not disappoint. Although it was written some years ago, the content is still very relevant today. This is my 1st audible book and I can't wait to listen to more. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to gain a deeper understand about why their lives may not be going as planned. I highly recommend this book.
