"Step aside Dr Amen with the narrating"
this book is very informational but Dr Amen needs to step aside when it comes to the narration. I couldn't get through the entire book because of the doctors monotone descriptions. I'm usually not harsh with reviews but if you're going to listen to this book you need to take in consideration the narrator.

This is by far the worst self improvement book I have ever read/heard. I was looking forward to actually learn how I can make positive changes. After the first 3 minutes I kept forwarding to the next chapter, and the next. Halfway through the book the author and his wife were still discussing the benefits of the 'Brain Warriors Way' and how it helped them.I found this book a complete waste of time. They never got to the point were they gave instructions to follow.
