very encouraging and insightful reading

I love the soulful narration..it really sounds authentic lived wisdom that Thomas shares with listeners...the content is enriching, uplifting and innovative..this is not a self help book per se..it is an invitation to appreciate one's own individual journey and the journeys of others as well as a pointer towards new ways of experiencing soul in daily life.
