Social justice warriors have plagued mankind for more than 150 years, but only in the last 30 years has their ideology become dominant in the West. Having invaded one institution of the cultural high ground after another, from corporations and churches to video games and government, there is nowhere that remains entirely free of their intolerant thought and speech policing. Because the SJW agenda of diversity, tolerance, inclusiveness, and equality flies in the face of both science and observable reality, SJWs relentlessly work to prevent normal people from thinking or speaking in any manner that will violate their ever-mutating narrative. They police science, philosophy, technology, and even history in order to maintain the pretense that their agenda remains inevitable in a modern world that contradicts it on a daily basis. SJWs Always Lie is a useful guide to understanding, anticipating, and surviving SJW attacks from the perspective of a man who has not only survived, but thrived, after experiencing multiple attempts by Social Justice Warriors to disqualify, discredit, and dis-employ him in the same manner they have successfully attacked Nobel Laureates, technology CEOs, broadcasters, sports commentators, school principals, and policemen. It analyzes well-known SJW attacks as well as the two most successful examples of resistance to the SJW narrative, #GamerGate and Sad Puppies. Written by Vox Day, Supreme Dark Lord of the Evil Legion of Evil and three-time Hugo nominee who is described as the most hated man in science fiction by Black Gate and The Wall Street Journal, SJWs Always Lie is a powerful weapon in the cultural war against the thought police.

The book is very entertaining and informative. It’s also a call to war of sorts. I must say however that the advice provided is only really useful if you have a way (that is, if you are cleaver and proactive enough) to work independently and be your own boss. For the dim type pullulating in academic jobs the advice is of no much use. Leaving quietly or with a big bang won’t be of much consolation when you fail making a living other than by stacking boxes in a supermarket or worst. For the vast majority of us it is just bending our backs and passively sabotaging the system like the Good Soldier Švejk.
I really enjoyed the book and found it very engaging. I don't agree with elements of the book, but I appreciate the craft of the author. What I appreciate most is that he has given me several different categories to think in, which is very useful.
I have no heart for the scorched earth tactics put forth in the book, but I tend to experience a dark thrill of Schadenfreude when I see others use it against groups and organizations I deride privately.
Anyone who has had to deal with SJWs, either in person or online, knows how unpleasant it can be. This book is basically the instruction manual with how to deal with them, sort of an update to Ann Coulters How to talk to a liberal, if you must. IN this case, Vox shows how the current climate of fear mongering by the SJW's has stifled free speech, and led to ploticians that are more worried about not offending someone than doing their jobs, the rise of Cliquish message fic in Sci Fi/fantasy writing and the creation of a confirmation bias echo chamber of though ruled by the SJW's. Since Vox doesnt care about all that, he has cut through all the garbage and set out the action plan for dealing with these people. Listen well, since this will set you free, especially now that Hillary has been defeated and we stand of the precipice of either America rising again, or falling into the dustbin of history.
As far as narration, Bob Allen does a great job keeping the narrative moving along, keeping the listener interested.
"I'm even more against Social Justice now"
This book just reconfirmed everything I'd observed about"SJWs" for the past few years. I'll never trust them nor sympathize with ever again. I'm disgusted that they would use my skin color as a means of furthering their own illogical ideologies and even more angry that claim to care about blacks when they merely see us as a tool to gain more influence in this country. I stand with Vox Day, Gamer Gate, and any other movements that seem to undermine Social Justice.
"Five stars – excellent!"
A well written and fascinating account into the world of social justice warriors and their sleazy, unethical, dishonest, mean-spirited tactics. A must read.
"Finally Someone Who Get's It Right!"
Yes I will gladly listen to this again because SJW's are a growing menace in our world. The Modern day Red Scare only this time it's powered by the media and popular myth. There is much more to know.
I knew nothing about Gamergate. Something about the common narrative did not make sense and motivations did not add up. This also applied to the Hugo award issues. I heard about it in the media but something always seemed wrong about what I was heading. This book explains the why and the how these two battles for truth, liberty and free speech I feel will only be the start of an ongoing war.
Good, solid voice, he catches the humor and yet delivers the serious elements as well.
The truth you will never hear from the media"
Inspiring me to make changes in my own life.
"Read and study this book"
You may think your opinions are harmless, and in fact they are, but you may not realize that not everyone thinks so. To SJWs, your beliefs on finance, gayness, workplace equality, and racism are of vital importance. SJWs need to project their problems onto you (making you the problem) and then socially crucify you (making your death the solution,) to their inherent internal difficulties.
Of course this never works, because their internal problems still remain. So after they've demoralized, discredited, disrupted, and decimated your reputation and social standing, they move on to the next target, unhindered and undeterred in their everlasting quest to solve their own conflicts by making society their enemy.
They act delusional and they have no firm attachment to reality. Once you are made "the target" they will stop at nothing until they've brought you down. If you apologize (which you shouldn't,) you may remain on tenuous grounds with them for a time. But ultimately, if you ever take a firm stand on any issue, they'll try to confute it with their own conflicts and tangle your totally separate conceptions about life and the world into their mess.
This is not right, and it needs to be solved, but until now no one has solved it. I think Vox Day may have, with his new nonfiction book "SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police." Reading it will give you the courage to stand up for yourself and your friends who are oppressed by the nefarious machinations of SJWs. It's time to take society back from their hands. This book is a manifesto for every free-thinking person. Digest its contents over time, and every time think about what you can do to stop SJW oppression in your neighborhood.
"recommend reading to everyone"
loved the book, its a well thought out and astute observation of modern regressive culture and promotes effective tactics to combat the neo-marxist poppycock that's being pedaled in our educational institutions.
This book is essential to understanding the last two years of politics and the past election. Highly recommended.
Having any other examples in the book other than gaming.
This book has some good bones, it's got legitimate content. But the illustrations just lost me. I'm not a gamer. I don't want to hear excruciating and unnecessary details about blogs and gaming. Kind of sad because I think there is a MUCH larger body to draw from and with a tiny bit of effort the author could have made his points reach a much broader audience. As it is, however, I just gave up.
"Fun anti sjw thesis"
Dug the overall theme of the book, really enjoyed the anti Saul Aulinsky Rules for radicals feel it had.
