    "Fantastic book and so far found it a real help."
    Any additional comments?

    Great book that interlinks practical help with a real life example. The story of the author is inspirational and helps identify specific mental health issues as well as showing how recovery techniques can be put into practice. Only part way through as worth pausing to ensure you've fully digested and understood each stage before progressing. Would recommended to anyone suffering from OCD or related forms of depression.
