Audible Editor Reviews

Author G. Neil Martin explains the ins and outs of modern psychology by doing away with common myths and stereotypes. This beginner's guide draws from the classic studies of authors like Freud and Jeung to more recent discoveries, in order to provide a comprehensive examination of the subject. The author addresses questions like, "Why do we become aggressive?" and "Are there basic emotions? And if so, what are they?" And his relevant and accessible examples make it easy for the listener to remain engaged. Another winning fact is the audiobook's narration; Andrea Powell's performance is straightforward and confident. The audience will feel smarter just from listening!
