Summary
When antibiotics like penicillin were first discovered, they were thought to be something of a wonder drug. For years, bacterial infections caused by staphylococci and streptococci were a thing of a past, but eventually overuse and misuse of prescription antibiotics led to antibiotic resistance. Now, strains of "super bacteria" are resistant to prescription antibiotics - how can you combat that? With natural antibiotic and antiviral herbs. In this audiobook, you will receive the following:
- An introduction to antibiotic resistance
- An explanation of the benefits of natural antibiotic and antiviral remedies
- An overview of the top 10 antibiotic and antiviral herbs
- A collection of natural antibiotic and antiviral remedies for common illnesses
By the time you finish this book, you will be ready to throw out your prescription antibiotics and never use them again. With a collection of natural antibiotic remedies, you won't have to!

Great selection of herbal remedies
If you could sum up Natural Antibiotics & Antiviral Remedies in three words, what would they be?
Informative, helpful, clear
Who was your favorite character and why?

Have you listened to any of Anna Castiglioni’s other performances? How does this one compare?
I have listened to one of this narrator's other books. It's the same quality. She has a light, pleasant voice. She was a little bit too speedy on the recipe section of the book and I had to slow the speed on my kindle fire. If I hadn't had that option, I would probably have had to keep stopping the narrative to keep up.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
It's not that kind of a book.
Any additional comments?
This audiobook is packed full of relatively easy to make home remedies for a very wide variety of ailments and I've found it very useful. I've listened to another of this author's books and it had better warnings about when to seek formal medical help. I've dropped the rating on this by one star because I didn't think it was clear enough about that.
