Insightfull and amusing.
I think a reason for Eckarts success aside from his great books is his humour. This talk is sprinkled with it throughout, he's quite a comedian but then theres nothing funnier than the truth. One of the better talks of his I've heard, the audience are not irritating as on some.

Questions Answered
Lots of extra material for fans of "Power of Now" and "A New Earth". It contains the usual message of present moment awareness, but some of the Q and A moments are very helpful.

Refreshing Humorous Treat
Playful, nourishing, amusing ...thoroughly satisfying. Great to listen to anytime - day, evening, bedtime, in night...Eckhart is my favourite spiritually enlightened comedian. I instantly smile when I hear him chuckling away.

great listen, had to listen to it a few times as it is quite deep and meaningful.

Thank you Eckhart
His voice is such an effective signpost for me to enter the now. I listen as I walk the dog and we’re both calmer for it. Unlike other listeners I don’t enjoy the Q&A very much as each question is often ‘other peoples mind stuff’, but I realize the value for many and that section doesn’t detract from the overall value of this book as a light to us all.

Life-changing!
I've listened to several Eckhart audiobooks now and absolutely love them all but this for me took my understanding of his teachings to a deeper level. This contains more practical guidance on how to actually apply Eckhart's teachings in everyday life. I will return to this repeatedly and recommend regularly. Enjoy.
