"chakra for busy people"
this audiobook is new to me because it talks about chakra. and it is quite interesting that i wanted to know more about it. nonetheless the book is a great beginners guide to restoring holistic wellness, stimulate healing and have a mindful lifestyle.

In the simple steps she teaches and how you can do it, give advice on a small part of life, which can be easily balanced with slight modifications.
After reading this book I felt like I had a much better understanding of the chakras and how I can achieve a better balance in life by working to keep them clear and to allow good energy to flow freely very helpful, with some good suggestions on how to I can relax during and after a busy day.
