relaxed and easy to absorb talk on shamanism

I really enjoyed listening to this, there was a really relaxed casual feel to the presentation of the basic principles of shamanism in its various forms. Nothing too heavy, and as you can see from the details it is only a short audio book, but still interesting.
This is not a how to guide but rather an overview to the healing art and a little background history of the author. Worth listening to if you are interested in the subject.
