This book was recommended to me recently by a friend so that I could get a better understanding of why exactly we should be drinking more water and the importance of it in our body for its physical and mental needs. This is one book that has literally changed my life forever, I put into practice straight away a new healthy lifestyle as it made total sense, I am truly enlightened!
I first came across this book in1999 (age 26) and read it with interest. I considered myself well back then, and whilst I did increase my water intake, I soon slipped back into old habits.
Now in 2016(age 43) the book and I crossed paths again and I re-read it with great interest and on a whole new level.
Encouraged by the testimonial letters I am adopting this water/sea salt protocol to improve my Heath.
In 2013 I had major head surgery to repair a hole in my balance organ in my inner ear. This required drilling through my skull behind the right ear and using the bone powder (from the drilling) to mix into a paste/pare and this compound was the used to fill the rainbow arc shape of the Superior Semi Circular Canal. I was told that the hole that had worn in the top of both balance organs (left & right) was caused by inflammation. I am hopeful to avoid further surgery on my left side which I currently manage by wearing 32db ear plugs. I am encourage and excited to be able to actively influence and reduce the inflammation status of my body/head. This just makes so much sense.

"ignore negative reviews"
i am very surprised at the negative reviews. the author clearly backed his findings with scientific explanations. i did what he preached in the book for merely 5 days now, and my blood pressure is already lowered by whopping 20 points both sys. and dia. and I achieved it by eating junk foods and following his simple advice!! I frequented McDonalds and TacoBell last few days, since I got so sick of juicing everyday for my illness and I am not supposed to feel healthier, but I do.. I am now borderline hypertensive.. much better than before. imagine if I refrained from junk foods, I would be much healthier. I am a total believer now. please, don't buy the audio book, if you think I am lying. some people are so ignorant that they can't recognize the value of sound advice even if it's shown to them right before their eyes. as for me, I am extremely happy that such easy to follow advice worked wonders for me. I found this book with compelling medical answers for many of the modern day ailments that many in our generation are facing. I found it the simplest solution to the beginning of good health, therefore I recommend this book as a starting point for those who are seeking to understand health and nutrition.
When he talked about weight control issues, the confusion of thirst with hunger. Clearly this has been a lifetime issue with me.
I thought his reading was clear and easy to understand.
If you want to recover your good health then it must start by drinking more water!
The only reason I did not give it five stars is because in some areas the technical explinations were clearly over my understanding. Which may be good for some listeners. Clearly doctors and those in the medical field may better understand all the in's and out's of how the body and water hyrdration works together. I am glad I could listen and learn even if I did not totally comprehend all the explinations. They were well done and will also appeal to those in the medical community.

"Narrator a shocker"
The book is fabulous, very informative but the narrator is clearly board, he is in a race to get to the end of the content & reads without any expression.
I will certainly avoid books where he is the narrator in future & I hope that he wasn't paid for this abysmal effort.
I've listen to this book multiple times.
Worth your time and money. You will be inspired to drink your water.

This is a very interesting and informative book about using water to cure your ills. What he says makes sense, and even if it doesn't work it certainly can't hurt. So I'm trying it.
Fast paced narration, full of testimonials, makes a great case for why drinking more water daily is important and essential to health.

I enjoyed this book but I felt it focused too much on success stories and feedback than informing the reader on how to adjust their life to satisfy the Bodies million cries for water
