I live in Ireland now, approaching retirement, teach English, walk, paint, take photographs, do yoga.
I found the stretches good but the instructions difficult to follow, i.e. when I'm bending forward, hands joined behind my back, I'm instructed to raise my hands over my head. Hmm. diagrams would be great.
I love the audio version because I can now close my eyes and visualize what I should do. When watching a DVD you sometimes have to move from a position and then lose track of what your doing. Also, I like to preview any workout regimen before and just listening to the audio made me very relaxed. Love IT!!!
Teaches by audio instead of video. This seems impossible until you do the stretches a few times.
