Rujuta hits a home run with this one. She has given an awesome insight into the women's bodies and what it needs. She reinstates what we have grown up knowing but never had the time to stop and think why we were asked to eat in a certain way and at a certain time. She has driven me towards nutrition and now I am seriously considering to study the science of nutrition in detail.
A must listen(or read) for any woman struggling with their bodies. Believe me you will start feeling rejuvenated within 2 days of making the lifestyle changes she has put in the book.
