"What a mother lode of wise, practical...principles which, if followed, would profoundly improve relationships, especially those we need to rebuild." (Dr. Stephen R. Covey, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People)
"John Maxwell does it again...reminding us that good relationships hold the key to success. Best of all, it provides clear-minded teaching, the People Principles, that anyone can apply." (Ken Blanchard, The One Minute Manager and Customer Mania!)

"The printed version might be better"
One thing is distracting about this audio - he gives many lists - "Six ways to do this" or "Seven things to remember about..." I think this would be easier to see in printed format, or maybe he just shouldn't number everything. The information is good and can be put into practice immediately. It is an interesting take on interacting with people.
"Great way to summarize the way to love people"
This books, like almost all Maxwel's books, gives a definition of relational realities.
If anyone abides by these principles, he or she will thrive, if not the force of negative relational consequences will bear hard on his or her life.
"Easy listening, real basic and well structured. "
Good for professional and personal relationships. John sticks to many of the same principals that are in his other leadership books.
This is a good book, and it made me stop and look at myself and evaluate how to become a better leader and communicator!
"Short and good"
Bookmarks all over the place despitenthe fact that it's a short book. Some good pieces of advice very well structured. Would listen to it again.
This was a awesome, great, fantastic, mind- blowing. I wouldn't have learned these essential things without this book.
"I liked it"
Very helpful and useful for winning with people in people oriented fields and in general life as well
"A must read!"
Great book on relationship. If you are going into leadership this is an absolute must. Read it several times. Excellent!
"Great short read"
Great principles to live by. I would recommend this to anyone who deals with people in any capacity. Loved it.
"Typical John C. Maxwell"
The book has a lot of good points and ideas. To me it got a little irritating how everything is numbered. For example, to accomplish this here are 5 things you need to do. In this situation do the following 7 things. I do a majority of my listening while driving so difficult to follow with out taking some notes.
