I already have the Paul McKenna App which is also based on hypnosis, but I wanted to try something new and I'm very glad that I did! I like the fact that the booster session is only ten minutes long and therefore you will be more likely to listen to it everyday. Anyway, I've been listening to it for over a week and it's so weird because my craving for unhealhty food has gone! In the morning, I wake up craving porridge and fruit instead of white bread and sugary tea (as I used to before). The 45 minute session has to be listened to once a week and it always makes me fall asleep but i'm guessing it works because I feel very motivated to exercise. Also, there are some very good tips! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight - the easy way! Even if you just listen to the booster session you will notice a major effect!
I've had it for 9 days, and even though I only listened to it once, today I didn't eat even half as I would have eaten before this. I recommend it, because it's really good, and the author gets you in a deep relaxing state that you never experienced before. I started laughing because I wasn't really expecting to get this relaxed from a tape. It will certainly surprise you with the deep trance it gets you into, and the special effects it has will amaze and confuse you at the same time.

Well I don't crave for food anymore and find I don't snack as much which is good I haven't really felt like I want to exercise just yet but overall I have loss some weight, I would recommend it as it does help.
OMG! This program has taught me to be honest with food, and now I only eat when I am actually hungry. Not when I'm bored or hormonal! I can't believe I am actually doing all the things he suggests! Anger at myself for falling for this rubbish and not doing proper research into the reviews. Some five star ones are clearly fake, paid-for reviews.
Max's voice is pleasant and there are no major distractions in the 'soothing' background noise. He has a sensible approach to weight loss and balances hypnosis with accepted medical advice. None of the hypnotic suggestions are ridiculous, as he advocates 'eat less, exercise more' throughout. This is an aware hypnotic state audiobook, so don't plan to sleep through it. I like this style, because I like to know the messages I'm absorbing. I'm looking forward to listening to this book every day until my junk food eating habits become a thing of the past and I think it will come very soon. I felt energized and positive at the end of the tape. Good luck to you!
