this is great, the best thing I've listened to to motivate me. really helpful tips to get you started, and makes the first step in my weight loss journey seem so much easier than I first thought. definitely worth having a listen if you're serious about making changes. highly recommend.

this audiobook was very easy to understand and follow make sure you take notes and read them each week I think the best thing I got out of this was that I need to remember to ask myself every day can I just.
read quickly but not irritatinjy so. packed a lot of practical tips into short read or listen. very motivating. Good pep talk without preaching or high expectations. The author has me actually wanting to make some changes!
