I work the night shift. I listened every day. After a while I can go to sleep when I want to. It helped to Sooth my stress

try it out you have nothing to loose but weight. in the beginning it was kind of annoying but I didn't give up just kept listeningng to it.
I listened to this audiobook every day for several hours for a week and it had no effect. Lots of weird time where music is playing but there is no talking, and several sections are repeated.
