"Good Audiobook But Not Complete"
Excellent book. The visualization, which are contained in the appendix of the paper edition, are not contained in the audiobook. The whole point of this method is to use visualizations! There should be a clear warning in the description of this audiobook that the most important part of the method are not to be found in this audio edition!
I think that what ever comes in the book, should be in the audio as well!! This is the 3rd audio book that says there are extra recipes, ingredients or visualizations at the end, and there is nothing there!!!! Why???
"Good for anyone"
A very different approach to weight loss. I can see how this could work in so many areas of life. I've been doing this for a week and notice a difference in my energy levels:) There are a lot of freebies in this book. (He gives the links as he's reading)
Very informative and inspiring! I haven't started regular visualizations yet and I already feel a difference. I can't wait to see how I feel in 16 weeks.
Works for me. I read the Gabriel method first and it changed my mind immediately. Then decided to follow up with this Visualization book. More than pleased with the results. Before these books , I truly believed I could not or would not loss my baby fat. My baby is now 33 years old and fat is melting away without even trying. I must add I have read many nutritional books over the years and have had the knowledge and ate pretty well. Now I put it to use daily and I am loving it. lots of good fats and greens ect. I CAN EAT WHAT EVER I WANT, FOOD IS PLENTIFUL. That's the secret.
"This is the answer to sustained weight loss."
Jon presents what I believe is the only way to achieve sustained weight loss! A mind body approach that has nothing to do with calories in/calories out. His method creates an environment where we can get back in touch with our body and learn how our thoughts create what our body manifests physically.
"Weights is a head-game..."
You probably know much of what Jon is talking about, but he does have it all in one place. If you have something that brings your state/brainwaves to Alpha and/or Theta, and you have some targeted positive suggestion consistently--- overtime, your body will change. I enjoyed his stories of failed diet attempts, even working directly with the late Dr, Adkins. Jon is easy to listen to and gives some examples of meditations. I think some readers want a full CD of meditations, but it seems from this book, he is wanting you to create your own. He does have ones online for free on the Tube of You. All the best to though we have made it their goal to get to a healthy weight and maintain it! This will definitely help me--- should I find it does not, I will update my review in 30 days.
