Energy is essential for everything from simply making through the day to delivering a captivating presentation at work. Unfortunately, we as a society are chronically sleep deprived. Energy is an interesting and motivating audio book; one to reach for when you feel depleted (or even defeated) in terms of energy and vitality. I run a thriving business from home and certainly have periods when I feel fatigued and lacking in energy, times when I fall out of bed each morning already feeling exhausted. I devoured Energy, listening more than once and taking notes, and I was surprised at the wide spread of aspects of life that are considered. It takes a panoramic view of the things that can sap our energy, as well as the solutions – some of which were new to me and all of which felt attainable. The most useful thing for me was to realise how effectively my own patterns of behaviour work *against* me! The very things that I need to do to remain energetic and feeling vital, are the very things that go out of the window when my life gets too busy and chaotic.
I was delighted to come across Fatigue from Ace McCloud at a time when I had been feeling fatigued for some time. This was serious enough to get me to the doctor for a full set of blood tests, but no abnormality was found. We put my chronic weariness down to the stress of a 24hour a day, 7 days a week business, lack of recreational time and being overly busy. This was deflating because I didn’t see what I was able to change, at least in the short to medium term. However, Fatigue explains the wide range of things that can lead to weariness (some of which I hadn’t already considered) and offers practical suggestions to improve your quality of life when you are feeling fatigued. Building on these short term fixes, it then goes on to show how to progress back to full energy levels. The narration is enthusiastic, which holds your attention, and I was left feeling that there are many aspects of my life that I *can* change to reduce fatigue, even though I can’t immediately change some aspects, like work.
I am a bit of a health junkie, especially when it comes to learning about different routes to physical and mental wellbeing. It’s a vast subject and I wasn’t sure what to expect from a book that aimed to cover all aspects. As I listened to Joshua’s excellent and engaging narration, it was a pleasure just to let the content come to me, and as it unfolded I was amazed to see how much Ace had put into the audio. The book covers so much: from diet to vegetarianism, strength to stretching, prevention (of disease) to treatment, supplementation to baking muffins, and ends with a brief look at mental wellbeing. I would challenge anyone to listen to Health and *not* find some new nuggets of health instilling wisdom. Whatever aspect you are interested in you’ll be directed to links and references to guide you towards further information and help.
I absolutely loved this set of audio books. I have recently been experiencing severely low energy levels after getting a tropical disease. As I am usually an extremely energetic almost hyperactive person, it is something I have been worrying about and eager to overcome hence why I bought this set of books.
I was really pleasantly surprised with the advice and guidance given at how well informed and instructive it was. They all work together very well and although there is some repeated information within the three books I found it very helpful as it helped remind me of what I needed to put into action.
Ultimate Energy and Health Secrets really focus on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and diet and is full of really interesting recipes and information on vitamins and supplements. I especially loved learning about the benefits of coconut oil and how to use it. I took several notes to refer back to but I will definitely be keeping this on my ipad to listen to again.
My favourite book was Overcoming Fatigue as this is not only something I have been struggling with but my Mum has had Chronic Fatigue for over 25 years and so we were very interested to see what this book had to say. Again it was very informative and helpful about what vitamins to invest in and also what foods to feed on regularly for optimum energy levels.
This box set on increasing your energy and living a healthier life is tremendous. The information in all three books is very well laid out and is clear and easy-to-implement.
Each subject has many topics covered within it and I learnt many new ideas and strategies especially when it comes to avoiding fatigue and the dangers it can lead to.
In my opinion, some of the best parts were learning how to balance a healthy lifestyle in a very busy schedule, while the cardio vascular exercises are great to follow along with as you listen. Also, the section on how your diet can impact fatigue was both helpful and fascinating.
A really interesting trio of books that contains many helpful strategies and eye-opening steps to dealing with your energy levels, fatigue and overall health. Highly recommended.
I can’t believe that most of the good things in life have been summed up in just one audio book! I am quite sure that the tips and advice I have found in this book is the secret to achieve a very energized and healthy life.
This book has so much to offer. It helps you discover why energy is so important in our everyday lives, the best all natural energy boosting foods, energy boosting recipes and smoothies, and so much more! It is really overwhelming and I am really happy!

Effective planned and active
I like the best the chapter about how to plan your daily routine, how to introduce a good sleeping habits, exercises for 20 minutes per day like walking, running, deep breathing. I also like yoga and many others exercises that help you reduce fatigue and stay healthy.
It is not fiction, so not contain certain characters, but most important for our health is well balanced diet. This 3 in 1 set provides very delightful and easy to make recipes from different part of the world, especially Mediterranean diet. The most surprising is the fact that popcorn is healthy, because it contain whole grain.
I want listen each part of 3 in 1 set in one day, with breaks that to enjoy all of audio book separately. They are very important key words, advises and action plans, that help you achieve the best possible result.
Very good, reasonable advises, easy to follow tips, nice exercises that have stunning effects on your health. You must absolutely have this 3 in 1 set to help yourself to overcome fatigue, stay healthy and energized.

I really loved this audio book. I've been suffering from fatigue and lack of motivation for awhile now and finally decided to research what I've been doing wrong. This audio book spells out everything in vivid detail. It's amazing how just a few changes to your diet and a few changes to your lifestyle can bring incredible results! After updating my diet and my exercise routine along with some nifty mental strategies I find myself waking up more energized and that energy carries throughout the day! If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired I would highly recommend this audio!

"Get Some Energy Through Exercise and Eating Right"
I really enjoyed the many ways to boost your energy. One thing I found particularly interesting is the use of Coconut oil in your diet. It is not only healthy, but you can use it as a mouthwash, as a shampoo, and to keep your skin healthy. What's very important is that is can help people who have "Alzheimer's disease, and it can reduce your chances of having a seizure.
I have to admit that I wouldn't mind trying the recipe for "Chocolate Mint Fudge." If you can use coconut oil in it to keep it healthy, why not try it!?
One of the books written by Ace McCloud that I would compare this book to is "Health: Energy: Ultimate Health Secrets & Ultimate Energy." It is very similar in that it discusses ways to stay healthy through diet and exercise. Following Ace's instructions, use will be filled with "Ultimate Energy."
As usual Joshua Mackey brings Ace's words to life by his level of excitement when he is narrating. He makes me want to get off my couch, and get excited about exercise, and eating right.
Unfortunately, there was no way that I could get through the 4 hours it took to sit and listen. I broke the time up mostly by listening for 2 hours, and then I took a break and finished the by listening to the rest. Sometimes life can get in the way, but I always take this into consideration.
My favorite book out of the 3 was "Ultimate Health Secrets." I enjoy learning about the many different ways that you can prepare the foods you eat everyday to make them healthier. It's not just for you, but your family as well. I also enjoy the recipes.
I'm really grateful to find this three-fer energy book, because it has all the helpful tips I need for optimizing and maintaining my health. I have read the Health Secrets component before, but when coupled with the double-sided Energy and Overcome Fatigue books, I have several hours' worth of realistic advice I can put into practice on an everyday basis.
I especially appreciate the audible version, which I can listen to while I'm driving or getting ready in the morning. These are books that can be listened to over and over, without exhausting their usefulness.And Joshua Mackey did a great job of presenting the narration with enthusiasm and conviction. Now I can go to work refreshed and full of energy each day.

Yes, because there is so much jam packed information, I may have missed something important the first time around. This is one of those audio books that you can listen to time and time again and find something you didn't hear before that will help you. This is a three in one book, so it is probably best to listen to it several times to milk all the information out of it.
I like how the subjects intertwined. In order to have more energy, you must be healthy and fatigue keeps you from having energy and being healthy. The trilogy just makes sense. If you follow the advice in all three books, you are on your way to a more healthy life that is fatigue free and full of energy.
I have listened to many of Joshua Mackey's performances and he always performs very well. He keeps the listener interested and has that energy that the one book talked about. I can imagine it is hard to keep focus in order to read a book out loud and consistently demand a listeners attention. I do not know how he does it, but he does and not only in this book but in many others.
This is a nonfiction book that they would never make a film about, but it could be made into a documentary. The tag line would be something like Shed Fatigue and Improve Energy and Health.
Each one of the books in this trilogy imparts important information that will keep young and old going for years and years. The energy book gives you practical suggestions on how to get and attain the right proportions of energy to make life exciting and enjoyable. The Fatigue part of the book helps those that might suffer from regular and chronic fatigue. It explains why we get fatigued and how we can avoid it. The health book is an all around great book that gives good suggestions on how to keep healthy through diet, exercise and more. Each book goes into many things you can do including supplements and natural remedies. This trilogy is worth the money for anyone that wants to have a good quality of life.

When you suffer from fatigue or high stress, it saps your energy. Typically people just want to lay around and continue to suffer from health problems that just keep mounting because you aren't taking care of yourself.
