Misleading

There are some big names that entice you and then you see that almost the first half is Marcia Wieder... nothing against her but only about an hour of Zig Zigler - and nothing said of "Thinking big".. did not finish the book. maybe it gets better but I felt misled. thanks to Audible return policy, I did not waste a credit on this.

Zero star rating

This is merely a collection of self help motivational tapes. Really poor not useful.

Really mixed bag with some very poor performances

Zig ziglar, Sheila Murray Bethel and Les Brown were probably the best as far as I was concerned. Most of the other presenters were on a grey scale of average to outright poor. Whoever it is later in the book (chapter 11 or 13 I think) who starts talking about brain physiology has no idea what they're even talking about. I'm amazed someone would parade around such embarrassingly poor knowledge and just blatantly bullshit their way through. Then have the impressive arrogance and self delusion to think it was worth publishing in a collection even as average quality as this.

Just incase anyone is curious an axon and dendrites are parts of nerves NOT different types of nerves.

Safe to say had I made the mistake of paying for this audio book it would have been returned long prior to finishing. In fact, I only finished it due to the combination of my unceasing optimism that the next speaker would be better or at least not worse than the last. But more importantly, that I was gardening wearing my headphones and my phone was an inconvenient distance from my person and my hands were dirty.
This collection proves once again that the self-help world is plagued with narcissists and snake oil salesmen.

Very motivated

Good book and very motivated, although I could barely listened to some speakers who were constantly shouting.

This is Marcia Wieder’s Dream University course

And this may be of great benefit to you, but is not what I was expecting, given the title details. The other speakers may follow this…

Some good and bad performances

Enjoyed listening to some of the speakers (Zig Ziegler as always), but others I just had to forward on. One (and I can’t even recall his name) just seemed to shout and laugh at his own jokes. He was not for me, but some others worth listening to
