I love Joe, I really do. I've listened to all his metaphysical works, and this one was a little different to the others. It's a an amalgamation of all he has learned, it's wonderful. But I think if you didn't know or understand where he was coming from, the concepts could be a little difficult to grasp.
What I really liked about this book were the exercises - they were done lovingly, with mindfulness and care. I really felt him reaching out the the audience to help guide us along the path. I loved the stories too, some familiar, some new takes on old, and some brand new. The concepts I am already living, and so I resonated with them, but they are complex and may be difficult for the newbie.
All in all I recommend this as a follow up after reading/listening to both "The Awakening Course" and "Zero Limits". Yes both of them. And if you've not experienced either, do it. Wonderful stuff.
What a brilliant book! If you are looking to heal your life and move forward beyond all recognition then read this book.
Dr. Vitale has excelled himself with The Zero Point. He teaches through example, metaphor and practical techniques which are easy to follow.
He brilliantly explains not only what "the zero point" is, but also why it is so important for each of us to know it and access it. This is deep stuff taught by a master trainer who also knows his subject very well.
Joe Vitale has a penchant for self promotion, but in "The Zero Point" he sticks to the point. Although I love much of his work, this is the pinnacle so far, in my opinion, and the one I'll return to again and again - there are many rich ideas and understandings to be had here.
This is the point of your life!
This book is Simlair to his other two books regarding hon o pono pono. This one has his own music in. Where he isn't the greatest singer on the planet but found his music enchanting. Refers to an audio free cd with the cleanse repeated but I never found this on the book as I thought that would be fab to put on whilst sleeping.
Yes. I have a huge respect for Joe Vitale and his work. I know that if I listen to his recordings over and over I will get more from them.
Its honesty, even though I found parts of it crnge-making
Not that sort of book.
No. It is too much for that.
Yes. I had (and have) serious problems with his music. I know he really wants to be, and believes he is, a really successful musician/songwriter. However, I have to agree with his brother: Joe seems to have little or no natural talent in this area. He may have worked hard and developed some techniques, which is to be applauded. However he should accept that this is not his field of expertise. We can maybe all learn to play tennis but few have the natural gifts to be Wimbledon Champions. I therefore think Joe needs to reflect on the concept of success being identifying and using our inborn talents while striving to do better in areas where we are deficient. Not being the greatest musician/songwriter in the world does not reflect badly on Joe or his mind techniques. He is exceptionally good at other things.
There must surely come a point in life where acceptance of personal mediocrity in some things we love in others and aspire to ourselves is wisdom. That is one lesson I have learnt from this book.
Very good and such as simple but affective process. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking at gaining focus and direction in their lives plus anyone who is in the business of helping others.
"Worth my time"
Joe conveys his ideas in an easy-to-listen-to manner, and they are immediately applicable. The last chapters are guided meditations...I play these before bedtime; and consider them an unexpected bonus to the book. Thank you, Joe, for making these audible books with high quality info and narration.
It was life changing. So grateful for the clearing techniques, insight, and passion. I will keep it on repeat. Thank you!!!
"Nothing New Hear: A Dissapointment"
If you've read/listened to Joe's other books "At Zero" & "Zero Point" then this is nothing but the same stories you've already heard and no new material worth while. Not to mention his constant plug of his other books and music CD's. Would not recommend this to anyone. Joe needs to put out a book that is new material with a concise point and step by step training and teaching.
The music segments and all the same stories he's put in his other releases.
