introduction to the theory and practice
ancient spiritual/body/mind practice (4000 yes old) which have over time been committed to text. then influenced much later by religion and western scientific methods.

several chapters missing
Although I found this book well written and interesting, I am frustrated to fund several chapters that are in the printed version are missing from the audio book. I bought both as my eyesight is poor. I wanted to listen but have the printed copy for reference. now I have to read all the missing chapters.
