Solid writing. Good tips, Great speaker. Dr. Murad knows his stuff. Healthy skin starts from the inside. We could slather on thick creams and pay for expensive treatments but if we neglect to eat foods that are high in water content we aren't really nourishing our cells. Step by step guide on how to living healthier and better every day. Great book!

I would change the intrduction. It was too much about the author and not enough about "The Water Secret"
