Summary
Based on his landmark research and teachings, Dr. John Demartini has discovered the key to fulfillment in all aspects of life. What is the most important step you can take to achieve the life you've always dreamed of? You might think the answer is something like start saving money, get a better job, find my soul mate, or improve my marriage. Solutions like these might offer temporary satisfaction, but none of them can provide true, lasting fulfillment or help you achieve your unique purpose in life.
The Values Factor shows you how to create a life in which every minute can be inspiring and fulfilling. The first step is to identify what you find most meaningful - the values in life that are most important to you. Once you understand your own unique values and align your life accordingly, you can achieve fulfillment in every aspect of your life: deepening your loving relationships, creating an inspiring career, establishing financial freedom, and tapping into a rich spiritual life.
Dr. Demartini's provocative 13-part questionnaire will reveal to you what you value most. The answers may surprise you! Then, each chapter of this audiobook explains how to align every aspect of your life with your true values, so that you can finally achieve the success that you were capable of all along.

Insightful Read - lots to learn!
Would you listen to The Values Factor again? Why?
Yes - there are so many things that you pick up on that it would be useful to listen to it fairly regularly to keep you on track with the context.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Values Factor?
I like how it is clear Dr Demartini travels around so much and has so many commitments to fulfil but because of his values he applies he seems to do these seamlessly. It makes you realise that you can really achieve so much more every day if you apply your thoughts correctly.
Which scene did you most enjoy?
The business chapter on how to lead and inspire your work force. I want to achieve greatness in business so I want to be perceived well but to achieve well at the same time.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Be a better you...
Any additional comments?
Really enjoyable and in some areas, very simplistic but so effective

Great book with plenty of action steps
This book was great, it explained and clearly broke down the steps needed to understand your highest values and how to overcome ‘problems’.
Whilst there are plenty of action steps and points to do through this book the only thing I would say to anyone reading this is, if you are an action taker and implement any of the suggestions of this book you will need a note pad and be ready to go back and keep referring. In an ideal world there would be some downloads somewhere almost like worksheets that could be applied.

Absolute game changing book
I’m only a few days through finishing this book and I can already see the life changing impact it will have on my life.
My name is Ben Taggart and I will become a success based on this book and the Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. Watch this space.

Great book - pity about the voice!
Inspiring book but the voice reading lets it down but that is just my personal opinion. I still got a lot out if it.

Like, WOW!
Utterly revelatory.
I've read lots of these sorts of books. This doesn't pump you up and give you plans and constructs. This just tells you how relationship and behaviour work. Quite brilliant.

Many good questions for knowing yourself
A book full of questions, which are really good working material for knowing yourself better. Will see the effect in the futute though. Of course, it could be quickly listened as another inspirational book. I recommend it anyway.
