This is a positive meditation collection that I have listened to each night for about 3 weeks so far and it really has had an impact on me. I haven't been able to "think myself slim" but I think this has helped so much.
Before March of 2015 I was taking almost 10mg of melatonin before bed because I just couldn't sleep. With this audio book playing while I'm laying in bed, I fall asleep in less than 8 minutes.
I suppose that all self hypnosis books work this way in helping you achieve total relaxation but I do like this book and the husband doesn't seem to mind it anymore.
My water intake has stayed the same I guess but I have not been mindlessly snacking as much and I have noticed that when I'm full, I stop eating, before I would always try and clear my plate.

Narrator was calming, easy to listen to and convincing. I enjoyed all of the steps and was able to follow sub conciously while my body was doing what she said would do. i felt like i was weightless

I love how detailed the speaker is about what I am doing as I enter my trance and what she says to help me eat less.

during the healthy eating hypnosis the moment she ask you to imagine being at the funeral and seeing all your loved ones and how sad they are because you never changed your eating habits. i caught myself literally crying at this moment. it made me realize this has to change in my life right now.
these can help you to change your life, it is not magic but it has to start in the mind and then you have to put into practice what you are trying to do. I still have not lost all the weight i want to but i have made a lifestyle change that i will never give up on.
I have listened to this bundle for four nights running and I can already see a difference in my attitude to food and exercise. I don't seem to have the same hang ups about what to eat and what not to eat and I walked my dogs twice yesterday just for the joy of it! I cant recommend this audio book highly enough.

I got SOOO tired on the radio...same thing over and over again. Then I found this app. It is now the only thing I listen to unless someone else is in the car too! On the days I take the kids with me to work I go bonkers because I'm missing my "me time" lol. Driving and listening to this is my only me time lol.
