I like to listen while I'm walking my dog. My favourite narrator is Paul Thornley, he brings the characters to life. I like various authors.
It was really dreadful, the narrator's voice was whiney and extremely patronising, she didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I listened to the end hoping it would improve but it didn't. I wish I could give it no stars.

Not a big fan but don't take my experience to seriously. I am constantly trying to improve. This was like going back to basics for me.

Doable, comprehensive...and oh yeah, doable.
I haven't really read any other relaxation or stress-reduction books. So in all fairness, I couldn't make any comparison to other books.

It's a very good book. As I mentioned, it's very comprehensive. I was a bit put off at first because of a slow start. As I continued to listen, it became more interesting with some great reminders of things I already know to do to relax, but also some new and creative ideas. I'm putting these to use immediately. Great book!
