it definitely helps me to relax to fall asleep but after that I can't say how effective it is yet, I have no idea what it says after about 15 mins as I fall asleep everytime! I do feel more motivated though..... which isn't like me

Very easy to listen to Rachael I enjoy her dictation and her voice is extremely Soothing.

Not a soothing relaxing book. Just platitude after platitude with uninteresting music inbetween sections. I feel like I got nothing from this book.
A longer beginning to get the person relaxed and for self hypnosis to occur.
