    "The power of RAIN"

RAIN is an amazing meditation & emotional healinf technique & Tara is a wonderful teacher so this audible presentation is perfect - would have liked the mediation itself to be longer (it's about 15 minutes)

"Very soothing; helps if you have practiced some mindfulness mindful"

Tara's voice is spacious. In addition to the very simple, yet clear instructions, she gives a personal example from her own life that helps make this easy to relate to. I like following her on her website as well. She continues to support mindful practices weekly.

    "Good practice for healing triggers."

Tara Branch does a wonderful guided practice that can help find what triggers ,and keeps us stuck and repeating patterns that stop us from finding true peace and happiness in our lives and relationships.
Using mindfulness techniques we can identify what triggers us to return to behaviors that hold us from achieving true happiness in ourselves and with our relationships.

    "Love it."

I wish intro to and then meditation were in two files to just play meditation. Still, it's wonderful as it is.

    "A Daily Meditation"

Tara Brach's meditations always bring light & love to heavy, over-stressed hearts and lives. This meditation is a necessity for those who feel stuck in a whirlwind of negative patterns and habits. R.A.I.N. provides you with the tools to climb out of that mental hole that we all find ourselves stuck in from time to time.

"NOTE it says Speech and it is a Speech... blah"
Would you try another book from Tara Brach and/or Tara Brach?

I would not this was just blah blah blah for me. I did not like it at all.

What was most disappointing about Tara Brach’s story?

I wanted a meditation and this was what it said a ""SPeech". So buyer beware it is mostly a speech.

How could the performance have been better?

It could of been more interesting and non-repetitive. It just kind of drug on and on and on.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Redeeming quality that it wasn't hours long.

    Any additional comments?

    This was not for me.
