RAIN is an amazing meditation & emotional healinf technique & Tara is a wonderful teacher so this audible presentation is perfect - would have liked the mediation itself to be longer (it's about 15 minutes)
She gets to the heart of the matter, enabling you to get in touch with your own heart. Excellent.
