Summary

A classical book on the universally popular autosuggestion method with the preface by its originator himself. This book in detail describes the nuances of the method, as well as its various uses. Great book but reader sounds mechanical

At first on listening I thought it sounded like a mechanical voice made up of single words put together and I'm not sure if I'm wrong about that. The book of course is very good and well written. I love finding out more about Emile Coué and I have also bought the kindle version which I plan to read to my daughter. I listened to this entire book as I wanted to hear it but the voice was distracting and strange so I'm not sure I'd recommend the audio version.

100 years later, still as relevant

The content is applicable today as it was in 1922, when this was written.

The narration at first seems very robotic and monotonous, but the content is very appealing and you eventually get used to it.
