A must for all families
I cannot wait to implement this further into my life with my family. I have been doing the Miracle Morning solo and it has made me a better person & Mum. I was so excited to find out how to get my family on board and now I know... watch this space.

Not helpful for those struggling to wake up earlier
I could not get on with this audio book. I thought it was supposed to be about ways to help you get up earlier to make your life more productive. The info on this is brief and basically consists of go to bed earlier and put your alarm clock across the room.
There is so much other unrelated waffle that is very narrow in its perspective (wealthy American who can afford breaks away from your kids and to out source high quality childcare by getting childminders to pass personality tests before hiring them?!)
I found the narrators very smug in their delivery and there was little advice offered for those unable to employ childcare or cleaners to help with the running of the home. There was also a lot of lists that are better to read in a book than to listen to. A lot of ideas are heavily borrowed from other works and it is tedious listening to multiple references read out from other sources.
If you’re a night owl like me who wants help to become more of a lark so you can become more productive in your day then this book won’t help with that.
