I really liked this book - It was just the right length for this kind of book, with just the right amount of detail and information without going overboard. Everything is explained clearly. Highly recomended.
For some reason, this information is easier to take in and digest as an audio book. I was hesitant as I would like the hardcopy to refer too but I am delighted I went ahead and downloaded the book. Already, after a few days GL eating, I feel better. Thank you Mr Holford. xx
