"Practical advice on how to embrace your fears and move beyond them." (John Gray)
"Walter Anderson is that rare bird who has transcended his own fears and emerged into his fifties with full confidence. A natural philosopher and teacher." (Gail Sheehy)
It was nicely narrated and paced. There was a section of lists/summary at the end.
I found this book very useful and bought a paperback copy of it after listening.
"Simple, boring and obvious advice"
This is one of those book you wish you never read, the narration was boring and monotone, the author tried to manipulate the reader with some dramatic examples and the advice is not to be followed. A very dark book.
