Reasons not to waste your time with this

The central tenet of this audiobook is misguided when viewed from a health point of view (stating you can eat anything in moderation - which, to be fair to the title of the book, is true from a body fat point of view). The author knows, as he states it several times, that weight, fitness and health are all important but completely ignores this with some of this methods. Also, it takes a long time to go anywhere and could have been accomplished in half the time or less.



Finally, I don't know why the author didn't do the narration (as his introduction was fine); the chosen narrator sounds like an American newsreader and has the emphasis of sentences all over the place in addition to a strange take on tempo.

Excellent Book

This is my 2nd favorite book by this Author. (Burn the fat feed the muscle also by Tom Venuto is newer than this and much better) but no matter how much I have learnt about fat loss, I always come back to reading both books, as it's a great way to keep everything fresh in my mind. Tom always makes a good job of explaining complicated topics like this much easier to palletize, and these books both now being accessible in audio format like this, really helps me to re-listen as many times as I want, right from my iPhone! Well done Tome, and well done Amazon for creating audible for this purpose!

Excellent

I have found The Body Fat Solution to be an extremely helpful aid in my weight loss journey. Tom Venuto writes in a logical and well thought out manner. He tackles every obstacle you could come across and helps you to pin point beliefs you did not realize were standing in your way of progress. Loved listening to this, was one of the best audio books I have bought. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in loosing weight and getting in great shape.

Helpfull

This book has a lot of practical advice on calories and just eating what you need for energy with a lean towards weight based exercise. Basically calories in versus calories out, which most of us probably know this already but it was easy to listen to and great for resetting your mindset allowing for better decision making about food choices. Good book for dipping in and out to keep the mind focused.

Comphrensive guide

really loved the content, simple and comprehensive guide to using synergy to change your lifestyle.
unfortunately the narrators voice was not my favourite. Really annoyed me after a while!

Great stuff!

I was abit scheptical at first as I don’t want a 6 pack, just loose weight but as I reached the second chapter I was very impressed with how useful and mind centred this great book is. Thanks!

Dissapointing

After listening to "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" which was brilliant I thought I'd try another book by the same author. However, I was disappointed which might not be totally fair as this is based on a comparison rather than it's own merit.
