"The ABC of Better Sleep" by Max Kirsten

For many months I have had difficulty sleeping. I decided to try this title. It has been a revelation, the techniques that Max suggests were very helpful and I have enjoyed much better nights sleep.

Soothing relaxation

I have used it a little over a week now, and I love it. After a bad day when I was really stressed I still didn't fall asleep, but then at least it helped me relax. Otherwise i'm out pretty quick. Great!
Best if your player supports 'chapters' because the first 2 chapters are introduction and explanation so after once or twice you'll want to go straight to chapter 3 and into the relaxation.

Relaxation

Another fantastic audio by Max Kristen sleep and the sounds are amazing and very relaxing. Recommend and worth a credit. Would like to see more of the same.

I love using this sleep technique!

How great is this sleep program. I used to really struggle with getting to sleep, but thanks to this app it's no longer the case. I really do believe this will work for anyone with sleep problems!!! Truly amazing.

Fabulous, really effective, best production and least irritating voice of all relaxation/sleep downloads i have tried, and i have tried them all!
