an interesting listen
a good audiobook that works through seven principles of public speaking. there's perhaps nothing new here but it is presented in a way where there's a handful of a-ha moments

One of the best books here!
Can highly recommend everyone to buy this book. A lot of good insights into how to become a better public speaker. A book I'll definitely listen to again. 👌🏻

very interesting.
I started this book with low expectations of it being worth while as I dont really do public speaking of any kind, however its a free book so why not try it. It turned out to be extremely interesting and informative not only to do public speaking and understanding the dynamics of speaking to an audience but to improve your speech and clarity of speaking to friends, family and work colleagues. I for one loved this book.

Long talk little to gain
This book could have been written over 4-5 pages. Instead it has a useless and lengthy introduction to public speaking, stating the obvious, reciting how public speaking is defined in the dictionary. Really? Cut to the chase, give busy people a pragmatic way to master public speaking. Listening to hours of talking on the subject it’s not very practical and gives little to take away. The narrator’s voice is also rather dispassion about the topic and sounds rather mono-ton, rather risky if you drive as it might put you fast asleep! Half into the book and i haven’t heard of the first principle… one must have the patience to get to the 7th! I don’t recommend it, it takes to long to make the point and reveal the principles. There are much more useful books on public speaking out there.
