one of my favourite series
The 21 Day Challenges are one of my favourite series and the subject of this book is an important one – loving yourself. It is the basis of success in life and the ability to attract abundance. Love is the essence of the universe and we are at the centre of our universe.
The book is well-written, which is a must for me, and very readable.

One of a kind
This doesn’t compare to any other self-help book... it’s like anti-self help for people that just want to have a better life. Really it’s simpler than you think and you’ll know why when you get this book... trust me. Finally I feel like I have a real sense about how to feel better and I think I can do it over time with some effort.

a basic yet powerful self love guide
As a Clinical Psychologist, I have recommended this book for numerous clients.
It has proven to be interesting and beneficial for those struggling with feelings of low self worth.
I believe it can be helpful for anyone who wants to develop an awareness of improving self-love.

Absolutely loved it
One of the only self-help books that has actually made a permanent shift in the choices I make in my day-to-day life and WHY I make them. I'm no longer so hard on myself, yet at the same time I'm living a healthier life, not because I have to, but because I want to. Highly recommended if you feel like your fighting against yourself!!

One of the most helpful books I've listened to
21 Days to a new habit, I like this concept!
I have listened to the self-love challenge randomly over the last 2 weeks, but I noticed that the words sank in most deeply when I listened to a chapter upon waking. It would set the tone for the day making me genuinely want to take good care of myself.
In every chapter the author shares some knowledge on how to develop self-love and a little exercise to put the information in practice so you don't forget it minutes after you turn off the audio.
One of the most helpful books I've read/listened to so far, recommended!

good advice
I've read a lot of books on the topic and this is by far the most inclusive and to the point self love book out there. Each chapter gave me nuggets of information and ideas that I have already started incorporating into my everyday life.
The narration by Amy Johnson was very pleasant to listen to.

This was a great book
This was a great book. It shows how powerful our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are towards ourselves and how important it is to get it right.
This title "Self Love" is NOT to be taken the wrong way. It has nothing to do with being egotistical or looking down on other people, rather it shows how we should have a HEALTHY self love towards ourselves- there's a massive difference.
We cannot love other people unless we first love ourselves (by loving ourselves, I mean to value and respect ourselves and appreciate our own self worth). We cannot give away that which we do not have- so if we don't love ourselves, we cannot love other people. It's that simple.
