Are you tired of self-doubt, self-criticism, and holding back? Do you often feel like you're not good enough? Are you ready to change your life and reclaim your self-confidence?
Lets start with a thought experiment. Take a moment to imagine yourself, only a supremely confident version. If you have a ridiculous imagination like I do, you might like to really run with this and have fun. If you had zero body hang ups, no doubts about your value as an employee, no worries about your innate lovability, and no second guesses as to how good your karaoke really was and whether people have just been lying to you this whole time...what would things look like?
Think of how you'd be at work, at home, with those you love and those you don't. Think of all the things you'd do differently. Imagine yourself saying and thinking all those things, now, in detail.
Now, this is the important thing: You can feel this way right now. Yup. You can feel brave and confident and full of a sense of your own self-esteem right now, just as you are.
What's your reaction to that? If you're like most people, it's something along the lines of "psssh, yeah right!"
While everyone can agree that it's great to have self-confidence, we generally imagine it's only reserved for those special people who've earned it and that we'll get there someday. But why not right now?

A lot longer and more detailed. Was too basic
I expected a lot more from this. I found it both boring and lacking in any real substance or help. Not impressed
"Not that helpful"
There were few basic tips in this book but it mostly felt like you can find free on the internet. Ultimately it was not interesting enough to get me motivated.
"Written for children?!"
I felt like this book was my parents talking to me when i was 6 years old! Really! Very patronising and not at all helpful. Felt like a bit of a waste of money and an even bigger waste of my time.
"I'm going to do this challenge on repeat!"
One of the most helpful self-help books I've gotten my hands on :)
I really like the 21 day set-up, each chapter/day only takes 5-10 minutes to read and will set the tone for the rest of the day if you read it in the morning. I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.
I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!
"A little gem"
Yes! I listened to this audiobook in one go instead of one chapter/day...
Looking forward to start the Challenge next week.
"The exercises help"
This was my second book I listened to in confidence and this one was really good as well because it had exercises that help you see your self worth and see that you're way more than you thought your were and that you can get to where you want to be. It gives you good mindsets and breaks down the negative thoughts you have.
"Practical challenges to improve self-confidence"
One of the biggest takeaways from this book is that confidence doesn’t naturally follow from external factors such as success in life, but is more a state of mind. This powerful message resonates throughout the 21-day series and this book builds on that. Self-confidence truly comes from within, as the author points out that even successful people can suffer from a lack of self-confidence.
This book will present you with practical advice, experiments and challenges you can do over the course of 21 days to improve self-confidence. These challenges may be hard for most people lacking self-confidence, but this is exactly what makes them so powerful. Stepping out of your comfort zone to do things you’ve never thought about doing before, is the first step towards change and improving self-confidence. Breaking through self-limiting beliefs is crucial and this book will teach you how to do that. Very helpful book for anyone who wants to improve self-confidence!
"I love this book"
I love this book. I am fond of working through self-help books such as this one. All of us at some point experience a situation where a lack of confidence is holding us back. Insecurities and reservations take over, so we prefer not to take any risks and instead just stay in our comfort zone. This book is so on point. The author has written some really good and practical points on how to build your confidence and become more comfortable and confident in your own skin. I loved that the book has so many exercises to boost your confidence.
"realistic and works :)"
At first I was afraid that the self confidence challenge would make me do things I'm really scared of like public speaking or doing something silly on purpose, but that wasn't the case. The author really takes you by the hand instead of pushing you from a cliff. The 21 day concept is absolutely brilliant! Way more fun and uplifting then therapy and each day feels like a little accomplishment :)
"Good talk. Nothing revolutionary."
If u want to quickly go through a quick fix solution this book comes handy.
