I haven't lost any weight since listening to this. You're supposed to listen to it repeatedly, but I fould it rather boring and patronising and didn't want to listen to it again. The book is a list of affirmations about slimming that sounds like your most annoying well-meaning acquaintance who is naturally slim!
My attitude to food and dieting has completely changed and I've now lost all the weight I was hoping to. No more dieting for me, just making the right choices.
I listened at least once a day, even when I thought I didn't need to and still do so now and again. The voice is a bit annoying at times but it's really worth bearing with - highly recommend - enjoy!
This audiobook kept me motivated and educated me a better dieting mindset. Without it my diet would not be so successful and long-lasting.
