At the beginning of the hypnosis, you are told that you would have to listen to it for 21 days for maximum effect - and so I did - only to find that it has had no effect on me at all.
I have several, but I love how I can just listen to this complete one when I sleep.

I listen to this meditation audio book to put me to sleep at night and to prepare me for my day in morning.
Not sure who would enjoy this.
The book made me tense instead of relaxed. He should collaborate with professionals to adjust the book.
He was creepy.
