this book has helped me more than I can say I have stopped having panic attacks and my anxiety is very low I still use this if I feel my anxiety is creeping up but not very often. it has been a fantastic end to my suffering thankyou for creating this book joel thielke xx
I have been suffering with agoraphobia for year's along with major anxiety. I have played this every night for a few weeks and my confidence is growing. I have been out twice with my dog for around 30 minutes with no panic attacks and actually enjoying my walk, it has been wonderful and I hope it continues!
waste of time just garbage to horrible music try something else to help you with your problem
At the end of the audiobook when you are nice and relaxed the audio gets significantly louder and a woman literally shouts out the credits. This rips you out of your relaxed state undoing the goal of this audiobook to leave you in a chilled out state. The production team must have had their head in the clouds or a lack of empathy with the listener.

I really enjoy listening to this when heading to sleep or if I need to calm down and can pull this out. His voice is soothing and the more times I listen the quicker I calm down.
My only gripe is the narrator comes back in after being silent for a while and it startles me every time. Also, the end of the book announces the Audible message and will wake me up if I was a sleep. That might be a benefit for some people.
Joel has a ton of different books on Audible. I'm trying out the 8hr version next.
