"Must listen regularly"
hypnosis is not a "one and done" sort of deal - you need to set aside your 30 min regularly to listen. So far it seems to be working. I've not stopped over eating completely but I am much more aware of what, when and why I'm eating and thus I've drastically reduced the amount I over eat on a daily basis. I'm also making healthier choices when I'm eating out. Sure, you can do all that on your own, technically, but I didn't seem to be able to. Now I actually am developing that little voice inside that questions my actions and then gives me a good feeling when I make the "right" rather than impulsive decisions.
"this works, I tell ya"
OK, I've listened to this twice and there's a difference. Period. Amazing! I've had life long issues with obsessing about food. I've spent the last 36 hours free from these obsessive thoughts.
I like the Idea of this book but do not work 100% for me. I listen it several times and lost interest. I think it is very personal, so if you find the subject interesting for you I suggest to try.
