Which idiotic audiobook company would end a quiet and calm book designed to be listened to as you sleep with a loud summary and 'Audible hopes you enjoy this programme'?? Yup. This one.
It is 3am, and I am now wide awake.
I have no idea if this book works since I have listened to it once and unless I with to be woken in the middle of the night, won't listen again.
Totally moronic. Don't buy.
Thus book was very calming. I don't know if it is working but I only listened to it twice. So I'm still waiting. I will listen a few more time and then amend my rating.

this really helps me get to sleep at night and resolves other issues for me discretely and indirectly so I don't have to give it all my time and attention.
