Another brilliant book, highly recommend
I listen to all Exkharts books on Audible and find them full of gentle humour, pearls of wisdom and hidden life changing gems. Highly recommend all his works including this one.

Life changing...
Even if you've read/listened to Eckhart's other, longer books, this is still a great reminder of the teaching. It is more bite sized, and Eckhart pauses after some parts, which really helps you digest the wisdom. I feel like I will return to this book many more times because more accessible in its fewer parts.

Outstanding
Transformative in his profound teachings - each 'thought' followed by a gap to give the listener the time to digest or pause the reading to contemplate. Though his advise is to stop the reading as often as possible so as to maintain the connection with the current moment, I enjoyed the content so much I listened to it several times non stop. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Spiritual Awakening over and over
I've read The power of now and A new earth among many lectures from Eckhart Tolle and this is the cherry on the top. I would recommend reading this one last as it is more understandable in the aftermath of the other great books by this great spiritual teacher.
