"Awesome collection, very effective"
This is an audiobook I can listen to every night and not get bored. It has all the best sleep meditations and hypnosis. I switch which one I listen to each night now and I have loved each one so far.
I fall asleep quickly with this one, not much else I can ask for. Very worth the credit for me.

the first chapter was good but the rest just sounded like the music in a
Didn't really experience hypnotism or relaxation. I thought it was worth the price because it was so long, but it turns out that most of it is just music.

I will be returning this immediately.... the characters voices were so played, I laughed! The 1st girl, speaks in a deep, loud, over-acted whisper voice. The 2nd girl, (the best), has a very over-abundant Australian accent. (no pun intended ). And Then there's 1 man at the end, who tries his hardest to sound over the top like Gandolf The Grey. I found myself chuckling more then remotely being able to fall asleep!!!
All & All... these "speakers", speak for maybe...... 15 minutes each! THE REST IS ALL MUSIC MY FRIENDS!!!

"don't plan on sleeping! Be reawakened repeatedly"
This is a great way to fall asleep but if you don't have a way to turn off your audio you will be reawakened at around 3:00 AM with a loud sound like a ringing phone because the book is starting a new chapter or something. Who dreams up these tortures?
It reawakens you to start a new meditation!
