"I'm getting very sleepy!"
Deep meditative slumber
No characters. I like track 11 the best. It's the one that works the most on me.

This is a great book, buy it!
There are 10 or so tracks, but only four (that I have found) separate sleep meditations with different voices and approaches. I try different ones on different nights and like the variety. Some of the instructions (breathe or count a certain way) are not as relaxing and are repeated too often, but overall it's a nice variety.
mostly music (95%). the narrated portions are all 10 minutes or less and narrators speak so slowly that they make you feel stupid. most of the chapters have no narration. wish I could get my credit back, this shouldn't even be in a book list, should be on a music playlist.
"seriously. .. not worth it."
a few minutes of helpful guided relaxation followed by unbelievably torturous instructions to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and out for 8..... this goes on for at least 30 minutes, no kidding. OMG i about threw my phone against the wall.
I have listened for almost 3 hours and I am even awake than I was before i started the book. It was a terrible waste of time.
