All successful men should have high self-confidence... right?
We are all born with self-esteem and confidence built in. Without it, you would never have dared to try walking for the first time. However, slowly over our formative years we actually unlearn the confidence mindset and instead develop coping mechanisms such as a fear of rejection and a fear of failure. These new programs in our brain prevent us maturing into the unshakable men that we really want to be.
In Self-Confidence for Men, world-renowned confidence coach Craig Beck shows you how to quickly develop powerful new beliefs about who you are and what you deserve.
Strong self-confidence really is the secret to living a fulfilling and successful life. Everything from your career and wealth through to your relationships and happiness are all directly linked to how confident you feel.
This book is just the first important step on the road to becoming a powerfully confident man. It has already given hundreds of thousands of men around the world the keys to the life of their dreams; why not be the next?

So I googled Craig Beck after an hour of the book - ex-dj sums it up... some might call his voice confident an assertive, (but I said it's a bit condescending in places and too "dj" like for me.Having studied NLP this is what he's covering, I've studied Neuroscience and whilst some areas cross over which is fine, I got this impression he's more of a cocky salesman than a confidence coach - but then that's just my opinion!
It's a bit all over the place with no real structure I felt
No - voice is marmite
No - left the last hour after realising there was nothing new coming out
I like walking. Audiobooks are handy on long walks.
Unfortunately I did not learn much from this book.
Maybe it's my fault or maybe I've just learned a lot up to now.
I felt that there was nothing new said in the entire book.
Sorry about that, I don't like writing negative reviews.
If you're new to self help it might be fine.
I don't disagree with the bulk of what was written but it just wasn't for me.
It is full of real actionable information and no bull****!There are throughout the book exercises and techniques that IF IMPLEMENTED rather than just read(listened to)are most definitely life changing.
There were many and quite a few made me laugh out loud.I have only listened to the book once so far, until I have listened to it ten times I doubt all the information will sink in effectively.
As a fellow Brit,I really enjoyed the listening experience,Craig is very easy on the ear and with plenty of British humour and straight talk. For me spot on!
There is some overlap with his other books, which is a touch repetitive and as such I would prefer an edited down version, for those of you who have not read any of his other titles however it is all great information.
Thank you Craig for helping me be who I really am!
Really enjoyed this book, with loads of how to make significant changes in your life. Good voice, so really easy to listen too. Would listen to again, had some good gems in there. Fabulous thank you Mr Beck
"Not much substance"
Not completely terrible but the guy mostly pushes his other products . There are stories and problem assessments but no in depth solutions. Nothing you can't find for free on YouTube.
If you are a "good listener" Craig's books are where it is at!! All his books have helped me in one form or another!
"Very powerful stuff."
Loved it the whole way through very empowering. I sent him an email and he actually wrote me back giving me thanks!
