Publisher's Summary

Fifteen years after his number-one New York Times best seller Ageless Body, Timeless Mind, Deepak Chopra revisits "the forgotten miracle" - the body's infinite capacity for change and renewal. You cannot take advantage of this miracle, Chopra says, unless you are willing to completely reinvent your body, transforming it from a material object to a dynamic, flowing process. "Your physical body is a fiction," Chopra contends. Every cell is made up of two invisible ingredients: awareness and energy.

Using Chopra's 10 steps to wholeness, you can harness those basic elements to change the distorted energy patterns that are the root cause of aging, infirmity, and disease.

Transformation can't stop with the body, however; it must involve the soul. The soul - seemingly invisible, aloof, and apart from the material world - actually creates the body. Only by going to the level of the soul will you access your full potential, bringing more intelligence, creativity, and awareness into every aspect of your life.

Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul delivers 10 breakthroughs - five for the body, five for the soul - that lead to self-transformation. In clear, accessible terms, Chopra shows us how to commit ourselves to deeper awareness, focus on relationships instead of consumption, embrace every day as a new world, and transcend the obstacles that afflict body and mind.

Deepak Chopra has inspired millions with his profound teachings over the years. His best-selling books have explored the mind/body connection and the power of spirit. With his latest book, he invites you to experience with him the miracles that unfold when we connect the body directly to the awesome mysteries that give life meaning - directly to the soul. When you have completed this journey, after reinventing your body and resurrecting your soul, the ecstasy of true wholeness becomes possible for the very first time.

    "A must read book!"

This is a book I want to read over and over during my life. At first some of the ideas were conflicting with my education and believes but everytime I read a chapter again it feels more right inside of me. Thank you Dr Deepak Chopra! For it is an excellent book if you want to get in touch with whom you realy are and let go all the cluster that got sticked on you during "growing up". And the second part "Ressurrecting the Soul" is simply amazing! In my opinion this is a book everyone should read as a form of self education in order to have a fulfilled life.

    "Loved it"

As usual Deepak Chopra delivers incredible content that just makes sense. A must "read" to understand how the connection mind-body works and how it can be so important in our life, well-being and healing.
    It truly opened my mind.

    "A Wonderful Source of Knowledge..."

I was totally engrossed. It is a truly wonderful book. It is filled with information that makes sense. It took me to a higher level of understanding, and in some instances, confirmed my inner most beliefs. I would definitly recommend this to anyone that is familiar with Dr. Chopra's works. For those that are not familiar, this is a brillant introduction.

    "Great!"

Deepak Chopra could read a menu out loud and have me engrossed. This book was really good, a perfect blend of science and spirituality. I plan on listening a couple more times as there were many concepts worth hearing again. I have found that books like this often reveal more info/insights the second time around, perhaps because there is so much to take in. Enjoy this book, you wont be disappointed :)

    "Outstanding"

Many spiritual books give you a distinct view of the writers opinion. Deepak, feeds you with information and makes you an enlighten soul. That chooses your own opinion on all his points. Well this book educates the reader not just from a spiritual stand-point but from science and hands-on experience. Deepak Chopra, also dictates details of living examples of great phenomenons. It's a must read.

    "Deepak's Best"

This is perhaps the most relevant and up to date book I've heard from Deepak Chopra. Highly recommended. Yes - you may have to get used to his accent if you're American. I'm Asian and have no problems with his words. What he has to say is excellent.

"Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul"

This CD gave me insight into why everyone is so different. Deepak explains where the soul in some has not yet been enlightened, thus eliminating them from being able to love in the deepest sense with another.

An inspiring book, from a true MD that is not afraid to explore beyond the conventional medicine. Lots of body mind connections are exemplified and inspirational.
    Kudos again for Chopra

    "Path-breaking and Seminal work"

As usual, Deepak has rocked with his insights and philosophy. But it has one core problem. Narration. Deepak's voice always had that magic which is lacking in here. He was a bit slow and was just reading. Really, narration has lacked the expression. I mean it is neither inspirational nor motivational. But the content is amazing and was put in very good shape.
The knowledge slice he has cut for us is definitely an antidote for our ignorance on many essential things. God bless Deepak. Always been his follower.

    "Didn't finish"

I did not like the reader (Deepak). I found him to be a little flat and often my mind would wonder, and I'd have to rewind.
Facts presented in the beginning of the book are interesting. However, I found that the same content was repeated too often. I'd look at my iPod to see if I accidently hit the "back" button.
This is a self help book and it was difficult to follow some of the quizzes and really benefit from them. Possibly this would be better in print?
I did not finish the book. I felt much of the material could have been covered in less time.
