Went to bed really excited coz of this book iv had a few different ones and they are just amazing so i started listening and the background music kept stopping after 3 seconds then repeating... over and over the whole time with a bird yapping on I nearly jumped out of bed like the Cadburys Parrot going bersurk! !!!!
I could not listen or relax coz of this annoying repeated noise... its through the whole book.... iam sure he is Amazing the music has totally ruined this probably 10/10 book....
"Felt a Difference after One Session"
I have done a few Reiki healing sessions before, so I am a little familiar with the process. This session wasn't that long, only around 15-20 minutes, with the rest being very soothing music (I actually almost fell asleep listening to the soundtrack after the meditation ended). It was an overall very relaxing experience and I will be listening to it again several times.
I found the melodies and nature sounds quite calming and they really helped me get in the mood for meditation. It can be difficult for me to relax, even in the morning before the day has even started. However, I was able to get ready for the meditative state while listening to the introduction. The meditation allows you to take your time, and never felt rushed in any way. Quite the opposite actually - I felt my mind saying "hurry up", and realized I was trying to rush through my own meditative state like a box on a checklist. I need to work on slowing down my mind. Not everything in life needs to happen as quickly as possible, and meditating like this helps me practice this notion.
"Where is the content?"
Was I missing something? It was just music, nice music, but still. Perhaps my download was messed up, but it was just all music!
"The chirping bird killed it"
Perhaps this shows how distracted, annoyed, and cranky my brain can be, and how much I need meditation, but the chirping bird every other second was beyond irritating. I couldn't focus past the bird!!!! The narrators voice was soothing but please choose different music.
